Hazelnuts are highly demanded all over the world. Each day lots of people buy chocolate with hazelnuts. Many snack bars and sweets are made with adding hazelnuts. Hazelnut meal/flour is used in bakery same as chopped hazelnuts.

- Manual cleaning from shell residues
