Hazelnuts are highly demanded all over the world. Each day lots of people buy chocolate with hazelnuts. Many snack bars and sweets are made with adding hazelnuts. Hazelnut meal/flour is used in bakery same as chopped hazelnuts.

Incoming control of raw material according to physico-chemical, organoleptic and safety indicators. Adulteration check.
Drying nuts

Kernel calibration according to the size and color
Manual cleaning from shell residues
Outgoing quality control by own laboratory and metal detection
